Legal Terms

Terms & Conditions. The Rules That Govern the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ContentCribs.com, including our property, network, media, Academy, Store, account, communication and future platform features.

Effective July 27, 2026 Last Updated July 27, 2026 Governed by Florida Law

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a form, purchasing a product or service, publishing a listing, joining the network, attending an event or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Section 01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Content Cribs, including the entity operating ContentCribs.com and its affiliates, successors and permitted assigns. In these Terms, “Content Cribs,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to those parties. “You” and “user” refer to any visitor, customer, account holder, property owner, creator, applicant, professional, brand, student, participant or other person using the Services.

Certain products, services, events, memberships, transactions, promotions or platform features may be governed by additional written terms. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that specific offering.

Your use of electronic forms, checkboxes, account actions, purchases and other electronic interactions may constitute your electronic acceptance and signature where permitted by law.

Section 02

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, make a purchase, list a property, apply to join a property or use services intended for adults.

If you use the Services for a company, property owner, organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

You may not use the Services if doing so violates applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your access.

Section 03

The Content Cribs Platform

Content Cribs is being developed as a property, media, education, commerce and networking platform. Depending on availability, the Services may allow users to:

  • Discover, buy, sell, build or evaluate potential Content Cribs.
  • Create property, creator, professional or business profiles.
  • List a Content Crib and publish opportunities.
  • Apply to join, visit, learn from or collaborate with a property.
  • Message owners, creators and other platform participants.
  • Purchase products, downloads, programs, memberships or services.
  • Access Content Cribs Academy education and resources.
  • Participate in interviews, tours, events and original media.
  • Use AI-assisted search, planning, content or recommendation tools.

Features may be introduced, modified, limited, suspended or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that every planned or described feature will be available in every location or at any particular time.

Section 04

Accounts and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or updating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs through your account.
  • Keeping your contact and profile information current.
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not transfer, sell, rent or share an account in a way that misrepresents the identity or authority of the person using it. We may require identity, business, property or authority verification before enabling certain features.

Verification, badges, labels or profile status do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification of safety or promise of future performance unless expressly stated in writing.

Section 05

Property Information and Real-Estate Matters

Property listings, profiles, estimates, concepts, designs, opportunities, photographs, dimensions, availability, pricing, zoning information and other property-related materials are provided for general informational and marketing purposes unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

You are responsible for independently verifying all information that may affect a property decision, including:

  • Ownership, title, liens, condition and boundaries.
  • Zoning, permits, building codes and lawful use.
  • Homeowners’ association, condominium and community restrictions.
  • Insurance, taxes, financing, valuations and operating expenses.
  • Occupancy, rental, event, licensing and business requirements.
  • Revenue, profitability, audience or monetization assumptions.

Unless expressly disclosed in a separate written agreement, Content Cribs is not acting as your real-estate broker, agent, attorney, lender, appraiser, inspector, contractor, architect, engineer, tax adviser, investment adviser or fiduciary.

Any brokerage, construction, financing, design, consulting or professional service will be governed by a separate agreement identifying the service provider, scope, compensation and applicable licensing relationship.

Do not make a purchase, sale, financing, construction, zoning or investment decision based solely on website content. Consult appropriately licensed professionals and conduct independent due diligence.

Section 06

Network Interactions, Applications and Messaging

The platform may help users discover and communicate with property owners, applicants, creators, professionals, brands, students, event hosts and other participants.

Content Cribs is not a party to agreements independently formed between users unless we expressly sign that agreement. Users are responsible for evaluating one another, conducting due diligence, documenting agreements and complying with applicable law.

You agree to use network features responsibly and not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, property, credentials or authority.
  • Send spam, harassment, threats or unwanted solicitations.
  • Request or disclose information for unlawful or unsafe purposes.
  • Circumvent platform safeguards, fees or application processes.
  • Discriminate unlawfully in housing, employment, services or access.
  • Use another participant’s information outside the purpose for which it was shared.

We may review, restrict or remove messages, profiles, applications or listings to enforce these Terms, investigate reports, prevent fraud or protect users, but we do not undertake a general duty to monitor every interaction.

Section 07

User Content and License

“User Content” includes profiles, listings, photographs, videos, audio, reviews, comments, messages, designs, documents, logos, business information and other material submitted through the Services.

You retain ownership of User Content you lawfully own. By submitting or publishing User Content, you grant Content Cribs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, display, distribute and use that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and provide the Services.
  • Display your listing, profile, opportunity or submission.
  • Promote the Content Cribs platform and relevant featured content.
  • Create thumbnails, previews, formatting and technical adaptations.
  • Moderate, secure and improve the Services.

This license ends when the content is deleted from active public use, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, content already incorporated into agreed media productions and materials that others have lawfully shared or relied upon.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, releases and licenses for User Content and that its use will not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contract or other rights.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order or third-party right.
  • Commit fraud, impersonation, deception or identity theft.
  • Publish false, misleading, defamatory or unlawfully discriminatory content.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, stalk or endanger another person.
  • Upload malware, malicious code or content designed to disrupt the Services.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or networks.
  • Scrape, harvest, copy or systematically extract data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the Services.
  • Use automated systems in a manner that overloads or harms the Services.
  • Promote illegal products, services, activities or transactions.
  • Publish intimate, exploitative or non-consensual material.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings, engagement, applications or platform metrics.
  • Use platform content or data to train AI systems without written permission.

We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel transactions or report conduct to authorities where reasonably appropriate.

Section 09

Purchases, Pricing and Payments

Prices, availability, descriptions and promotional offers may change without notice before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping, financing charges or third-party fees may be added at checkout or disclosed separately.

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total disclosed amount. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, legal restrictions or other legitimate business reasons. If payment was collected for a canceled order, it will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.

Physical-product shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated. If an order cannot be shipped within the represented period, available remedies will be provided as required by applicable law.

Financing, installment or buy-now-pay-later services may be offered by independent providers. Approval, terms, interest, disclosures and servicing are controlled by those providers.

Section 10

Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions

If you enroll in a recurring membership or subscription, the checkout page will disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms and available cancellation method before purchase.

Unless canceled before the next renewal date, a recurring service may automatically renew and the payment method on file may be charged at the then-current disclosed price, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for a prior billing period. Access may continue through the end of the paid term unless stated otherwise.

We will provide a reasonably accessible cancellation method and any renewal notices required by applicable law.

Section 11

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for cancellation, return, exchange, credit or refund depends on the specific product or service. Different rules may apply to:

  • Physical products.
  • Digital downloads and immediately accessible content.
  • Academy courses, coaching and live programs.
  • Consulting, design, marketing or build services.
  • Deposits, reservations and scheduled appointments.
  • Events, memberships and subscriptions.
  • Custom, personalized or made-to-order items.

The applicable policy displayed at checkout, in the offer or in a separate written agreement controls. Our general Refund Policy will provide additional information once published.

Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable right or remedy provided by applicable consumer law.

Section 12

Content Cribs Academy and Educational Services

Academy courses, coaching, workshops, templates, downloads, demonstrations and educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Participation does not guarantee:

  • Income, profit, audience growth or business success.
  • Property appreciation, financing or investment returns.
  • Licensing, employment, partnerships or platform acceptance.
  • Any specific result from advertising, content or monetization.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including skill, effort, experience, market conditions, property characteristics, audience, budget, implementation and legal compliance.

Academy materials do not replace advice from licensed legal, financial, tax, investment, real-estate, construction, medical or other professionals.

Section 13

Events, Property Visits and Experiences

Events, tours, workshops, productions and property visits may be subject to separate registration terms, waivers, releases, rules, age limits, identification requirements and safety instructions.

You agree to comply with host rules, respect private areas, property, equipment and other participants, and leave when requested. You are responsible for your own conduct, belongings, transportation and compliance with applicable law.

Content Cribs may deny admission or remove a participant for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or inappropriate conduct without a refund where permitted by law and the applicable event policy.

Hosts may be independent property owners or businesses. Unless expressly stated, Content Cribs does not control every property, condition, participant or activity.

Section 14

Interviews, Media and Content Cribs Originals

Interviews, podcasts, property tours, photography, video productions and Content Cribs Originals may require a separate appearance, property or content release.

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, submitting a request to be featured does not guarantee selection, publication, compensation, editorial approval or any particular distribution.

We retain editorial discretion over content produced or commissioned by Content Cribs, subject to contractual rights, intellectual-property law and signed releases.

Section 15

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

The Services may include AI-assisted concierge, search, recommendations, room planning, content generation, property evaluation, education or monetization tools.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying output before relying on it.

AI features do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, engineering, architectural or other licensed professional advice. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for a high-impact property, financial, safety or legal decision.

You may not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content or to impersonate another person without lawful authorization.

Section 16

Reviews, Ratings and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and honest opinions. You may not submit or arrange:

  • Fake reviews or testimonials.
  • Reviews by people who did not use or experience the offering.
  • Undisclosed reviews from employees, owners, family members or paid endorsers.
  • Threats, incentives or conditions designed to suppress honest negative feedback.
  • False claims about results, income, property performance or qualifications.

Incentivized reviews must clearly disclose the incentive where required. We may moderate reviews for relevance, privacy, unlawful content, harassment, conflicts of interest or suspected manipulation, but we will not prohibit honest reviews merely because they are negative.

Section 17

Content Cribs Intellectual Property

The website, brand, logos, names, taglines, designs, text, graphics, videos, software, interfaces, compilations, Academy materials and other content provided by Content Cribs are owned by or licensed to Content Cribs and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended lawful purpose.

You may not, without written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected materials.
  • Use Content Cribs branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
  • Create confusingly similar websites, profiles, products or services.
  • Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
  • Use our content or data to train, benchmark or develop AI systems.

Requests concerning copyright or other intellectual-property claims may be submitted through our Contact page. A dedicated copyright or DMCA procedure may be published separately.

Section 18

Third-Party Websites, Providers and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social networks, payment processors, financing providers, maps, property services, contractors, agents, video platforms, ecommerce tools and other independent services.

Third parties control their own services, content, pricing, availability, terms, privacy practices and performance. A link, listing or integration does not necessarily mean that Content Cribs endorses, guarantees or assumes responsibility for that third party.

Section 19

Disclaimers of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY OR SECURITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Services will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
  • Information, listings, profiles or user statements are accurate or complete.
  • A property, user, opportunity or third party is safe, qualified or suitable.
  • Any purchase, collaboration, application, campaign or business will succeed.
  • Any specific revenue, appreciation, audience, occupancy or return will result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Section 20

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENT CRIBS AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • The amount you paid directly to Content Cribs for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months; or
  • $100 if you paid nothing for that service.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if advised that damages were possible. They do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Section 21

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Content Cribs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services.
  • Your User Content, listing, profile or communications.
  • Your transaction, event, property, service or interaction with another person.
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.

We may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate.

Section 22

Suspension, Removal and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account-deletion options may be provided through account settings or the Contact page.

We may suspend, limit or terminate access, remove content, cancel an application or transaction, or take other reasonable action if we believe that:

  • You violated these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your conduct creates risk, harm or potential liability.
  • Fraud, misuse, security threats or unauthorized activity occurred.
  • Payment is overdue, reversed or disputed improperly.
  • Providing the service is no longer commercially or technically practical.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification and dispute provisions.

Section 23

Disputes, Governing Law and Venue

Informal Resolution First

Before filing a lawsuit concerning these Terms or the Services, you agree to send a written description of the dispute through our Contact page and allow 30 days for a good-faith effort to resolve it informally. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where reasonably necessary.

Florida Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or a non-waivable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Venue

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, any legal action arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court located in Broward County, Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s right to bring an eligible claim in small-claims court or exercise a non-waivable legal right.

Section 24

General Provisions

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, products, laws or business practices change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account, email or another appropriate method.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable offer terms and any signed agreement constitute the agreement between you and Content Cribs concerning the relevant Services.

Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, financing or transfer of all or part of the business.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, utility or internet failures, labor disputes, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, supply-chain disruption or third-party service failures.

Headings

Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.
